CAIRO, Apr 11 (PRIME) -- Sanctions against Russia can trigger the most serious shock in oil supply in history, Reuters reported on Monday citing OPEC Secretary General Mohammad Barkindo.
"OPEC told the E.U. on Monday that current and future sanctions on Russia could create one of the worst ever oil supply shocks and it would be impossible to replace those volumes," the newswire reported.
